The DVA Orange Card is available to eligible veterans and their dependants living in Australia who served in allied countries and are not eligible for a White or Gold Card. The card provides access to pharmaceutical benefits only under the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (RPBS).

Eligibility
You may be eligible for a Orange Card if you:
- Are a Commonwealth or allied veteran with qualifying service
- Are an Australian resident
- Are not eligible for a White or Gold Card
- Are the widow(er) or dependant of a deceased allied veteran who held a card
